2、About Product Warranty
We provide a free repair warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by excessive load, misuse, or modifications. Additionally, the warranty for buttons only covers initial defects, and wear from use as a consumable is not covered. Please understand.
We also support Tikitaka products purchased from other sites, but the warranty period follows the terms of the site where the purchase was made. Please understand.
3、About Repairs
The shipping cost for repairs will be borne by the customer. Additionally, repairs outside the warranty period will incur separate costs. Please understand.
We also accept repair requests for Tikitaka products purchased from other sites.
4、About Taxes
Consumption Tax: 10%
The consumption tax is borne by the consumer and is collected in a lump sum at the time of payment for your order.
5、About Order
Cancellation After payment is completed, we typically cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Please check the product details before purchase. Also, even if a product is purchased by mistake, we cannot exchange the product. Please understand.
6、About Shipping
We will ship your order on the same day or the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays). Products are shipped from our warehouse in China via airmail and are expected to arrive approximately 5 days after shipment. Shipping is free. We cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests, so please understand.
7、About Returns and Exchanges
If there are defects or errors in the product, please contact customer support within 7 days of arrival. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in new, unused, and unopened conditions. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee of the product price will be incurred.
8、Shipping Note
If the product is returned because the customer does not accept it, it will be treated as a return due to customer convenience, and a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost and restocking fee. Please understand.
